  My sales experience was great . The issue is the sirius radio has been faulty since day one(been over a month now). Service checked it out and said it was fine. Told me that if it happens again to video and text it to him. Did that two weeks ago and only got a short text back saying" thats not right." Have since sent another video text but heard nothing back. So much for my free 6 months of sirius radio, cant even listen to it. Starting to get alittle concerned with the customer service.

  What a crew of great and experienced folks at Melody Motors! This was the first new vehicle I've purchased in my life and the experience provided in part from Andy and Shane sure helped to smooth over the rough spots associated with Ford's "unique vehicle" delivery time. The guys kept me in the loop as to expected ETA for the new 2017 Transit.
